Hey when you’re in the gym lifting, and you start getting super swole, and you keep pushin and pushin, and suddenly your muscle taps out and you can feel the pump leave you, does that ruin your gains? Like are you cashed out with a big fat fail? Or can you go home, rest and eat and still have muscle growth?
I’m trying to figure this out because my leg day was going great and I think I overdid it on the calves
