I'm a picky eater so I have the same exact food basically everyday because it's all I really enjoy. It's the right number of calories and macro breakdown, but there's no variety to my diet. I'm 21 and bulking.
Meals are:
• Bannanna
• Omlete & protein shake & protein bar
• Chicken & wholewheat pasta
• Wheatabix & protein shake & protein bar

Your diet is CRAP.
Supplements are used to SUPPLEMENT your food, not replace it.
You are not hitting your macronutritents (definitely not hitting your minimum fat intake), and you're not hitting your micronutrients which are very important. (vitamins & fibre).
Your diet needs be varied of fruits, vegetables, and fibres.“One of the greatest experiences in life is achieving personal goals that others said would be, ‘impossible to attain.’ Be proud of your success and share your story with others.” -Robert Cheeke

I agree that sounds boring and frankly quite thin in the way of proper nutrition. Nothing to provide any sort of micronutrients, antioxidants, fiber, etc... Unless you like the sound of major health problems down the line, I would at the bare minimum make a point of taking a multi vitamin. Even that isnt really any substitute for real, wholesome foods. Veggies and fruits are very important to your overall health. Refined junk should really only fill in the gaps...

Personally I don't think eating the same things every day is bad for you. I know some people like to mix up their meals every single day, whereas others like to eat the same meals every day to keep their shopping easy and simple, and so they don't need to think about different things to prepare and cook.
However that's assuming that those "same things" include a decent level of fat, protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals.Donkeyno9: Don't think you're the only one here who suffers from addiction, depression and failure. So is water a macro but noone mentions this. And fibre is actually a type carbohydrates that can't be digested by our bodies so we could argue it shouldn't have a separate category and be classed under carbs. Think you are just being pedantic and offering no help at all just like most of your posts....
