Hey guys I'm 30, don't feel like it though, still feel like I did when I was 20 So i don't think a test booster is needed? below is my stack,
I'm not high prioritizing supplements, just seeing if these supps along with a proper diet and a solid program will help me further my gains any. thanks
creatine - mt Platinum Creatine
whey - on 100% whey
multi - I take vitamode
weight gainer - ProGainer (I know this isn't really needed but when I dont get all my cals from food *Sluggish days( I take this)
Casein Protein (learned this really isn't needed but why not? ON 100% Casein
Pre-Workout - Pre Kaged
and I also take BCAA 5000
DIET: I have a very high metabolism, somewhat of a dirty BULK Consist of (just to name a few) please tell me what food(s) I should add/remove to this
oatmeal/rice cakes/canned chicken/peanut butter/white/brown rice/yams/chicken/almond butter/ Foods I EAT TO A MINIMUM hamburgers/egg/fried chicken/pizza/
Cals I aim for 4800-5500
Protein Intake daily: 180-220 gs (food/shakes)
fats 100-150 Grams.
Program: fierce 5 novice (plan to run for 18 months) then just go to the F5 intermediate (upper/lower 30 months) and just stay with the F5 advance continuously.

get rid of the weight gainer, BCAA and do not buy a test booster

well said thanks brother, So weight gainer is not needed I assume because I can get the same from food? I mean using a weight gainer such as the one I mentioned won't have any adverse effects would it? if I wanted it to take the place of a meal or two?
And curious on why BCAA's is not needed?

BCAAs won't give any benefits assuming you are eating even a moderate amount of protein, and they may be detrimental.

Weight gainers are full of unnecessary junk and you don't get anywhere near enough servings for the price.
