Unhappy Already stalled on 1 main lift and weight

    Hi guys.

    24 yo novice, 6'3" x 182 lbs.

I have been doing my first bulk for 3-4 months but I already stopped on the press. Atm I can still increse bench squat and dealdlift only.

Actually for 3x5 I can do:
    D: 196 lbs
    S: 132 lbs
    B: 121 lbs
    P: 75 lbs and can't add 1 lb.

My weight also is not increasing. I got 6-7 lbs at the beginning of the bulk because I just ended a big diet and it was prob glycogen. After that only a couple of lbs of muscle and I am eating 3000 kcal. Now planning to go up to 3200 kcal but I also fear getting fat again.

What can I do? Do I just have a **** genetic? Need motivation.

Yes. You have bad genetics - if by "bad genetics" you mean not eating enough to add muscle. Doesn't matter what your calorie count is right now, your body doesn't know or look at that number. It just knows if you're eating enough to add muscle...

(I'm not telling you not to "count", I just mean that whatever you're counting "to" now, needs to be increased.) Stick with it and be consistent. Gains will come. Good luck.
