    how many reps for building mass for legs

    what's the rep range for building mass for legs? Please help.
    I do 8-10 reps one month for squats and 6-8 reps the next month for squats.

    And also how long should I wait before changing the rep range for the legs? thanx

    Try varying. Go six weeks with a higher rep range and then six more with lower reps.

    Do low reps and high reps (4-12 and 15+) The goal of bodybuilding is to hypertrophy all fiber types so why not use variable reps schemes that stimulate slow and fast twitch muscle fibers?

    i do high rep training for legs...usually about 15-20 reps....i just found that it builds my legs better but i have friends who really like low reps but you need to find out what works for you...try both

    right now i just pyramid my reps, 6,5,4,3,2,negative, cuz i need to gain some more strength for football. but i remember reading sumpn about tom platz doing sets of squats with 50+ reps

    Try doing 3 sets of 12...Do these reps extremely strict and extremely slow so you can experience and intense burn...it burns pretty bad, but its worth it after the workout and your legs are totally exhausted.
