what's the rep range for building mass for legs? Please help.
I do 8-10 reps one month for squats and 6-8 reps the next month for squats.
And also how long should I wait before changing the rep range for the legs? thanx

right now i just pyramid my reps, 6,5,4,3,2,negative, cuz i need to gain some more strength for football. but i remember reading sumpn about tom platz doing sets of squats with 50+ reps
