Man 42yrs old, height 167 cm / weight 65 kg. Training at the GYM usually 3~4 times a week, however do not see too much outcomes ).
Normally having a 2.5~3 meals: omelette sandwich at 9AM, chicken breast at 1PM and tuna/boiled eggs salad at 6PM.
Please your advice with the right workout plan / meals / amount of protein (without affecting kidneys).
The main motivation is to get rid of little nice paunch , to get better body wrap and to add a few kgs.
Thanks

What OFT said. The “secret” to training at 42 is the same as it is at 22, 32, 52, and 62. Acquire whatever knowledge of your body that you can, determine whether you want to lose or gain weight and eat for that goal, and lift on a well-established novice program. Consistently.
All the information you need to get started is in the stickies here, and if you have questions on specifics we have quite a few helpful members to give (hopefully not too contradictory) advice.
Don’t be shy!
And btw, if your goal really is to gain a few kilograms, the diet you’ve indicated in your post is probably insufficient. And if you’re not getting results from your workouts, you probably need to add intensity, progression, consistency, or all of the above. Again, read the stickies.Last edited by ElrondHubbard; 11-19-2018 at 11:04 AM.

The same as a man 24yrs old, height 167 cm/ weight 65 kg. The link to the stickie is a great place to start. The only thing I can add is don't be afraid to add weight both on your body and to the bar. You can not continually keep adding muscle mass without eating at a surplus, and as you become comfortable with the movements of the compound lifts don't be afraid to add weight to what ever progressive program you choose.

People all over the world post on this site; for many, English is not their first language.
Regarding the age issue, the default birthdate for new members who choose to not enter one, and fail to set their age display option to 'no,' is 1-1-70, making the displayed age 48.No brain, no gain.
