chicken

When it says 100 calories, 22 protein etc... for 4 oz of chicken is that before or after you cook it.

Im asking this because a frozen 6-7 oz piece of chicken usually ends up being 4 oz by the time its done. So does that count as 4 or 6-7

thank you
