I know I've been posting a few of these lately, but whenever I try and figure out my SQUAT form, it always feels like I'm doing it fine, but when I look at the video, it just looks off and I can't really tell what it is that I'm doing wrong... all I know is that I have pretty weak glutes, but strong quads, which could explain my form, plus I'm not used to squatting on the regular and I know I should be, but I only want to really start squatting more when I begin my surplus, so I don't get DOMS as badly and waste effort.
Anyways, here's the video...

overall it looks quite decent. but once you start the upward movement, it looks a little weird. to me it looks like you are moving back your knees and then move them forward again. Concentrating on moving your hips up while maintaining your back angle might help.
Also try to shorten the time you stand there before the first squat. Walkout is good, 3 steps, but afterwards you're wiggling around.

I'm not sure why I do that when I start my upward movement, that's what looks off to me really... I think it might have something to do with my overall back strength and glutes. Also, I know I wiggle around a lot but that's because I'm really picky about my stance, it has to be just right because if my feet are too outward or far apart, it bothers my pelvic and hip joints... it's just something I'm gonna have to get used too though. As of April 2019...
