I wish we had it here; I moved out of CO just over a month ago, and apparently I missed the deadline to register through the DMV. The DMV, naturally, didn't bother to tell me this when I was registering to vote there - so I also missed the deadline to register at the elections office.

I despise Cruz, just the epitome of a crummy politician... and while Beto obviously a more likable guy his views are equally extreme as lying Ted's, and dangerous, best if he doesn't get an even bigger platform. I don't care all that much who wins since I'm not a Texan, it will be funny to see the meltdowns from either side. If Beto loses all the YAS QUEEN people who didn't even have a say in this vote will cope hard that it's "a miracle he even made it close!!" (...sure that damn near $100M helped), but if Cruz loses everyone will cry that the sky is falling. Tell me honestly misc, does the actual result of this particular senate race matter THAT much? Doubt it.

Also Dems had 70% chance to take the house 4 hours ago.. now down to 52%. RIP blue wave.

Its a sign of changing times when someone like O'Rourke can even be a contender in Texas let alone come close to victory. The only positive sign for republicans is that it might serve as a wake up call, which is small consolation considering how apathetic American voters typically are.
