The video above is the 380 for 1.
Not screwing around now. This is an all time personal record on this machine.
The warmup went as follows.
350 for 1.
360 for 1.
370 for 1.
380 for 1. Personal record.
Then tried 400 and couldn't get it.
Here's the 400 video.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q66TqJEDVZo
My other leg doesn't touch it on the way up at all. It's tough to stop it from trailing up a bit behind the other one. But I would not cheat myself or delude myself or lie to myself as so many in the powerlifting world like to do.
I only count things that are legit.
So far nobody on this forum was even able to match my 300 for 1 when I posted that video a few months ago.
Now what makes you think any of you are going to come close to beating me in this?
We are going to introduce a new law that goes into effect today.
The law states that anyone that dislikes my 380 pound leg curl video has to post a video of them doing more with any form that they want to do.
If you do not post a video of you doing more then you're in no position to dislike any of my leg curl videos.
I already told you all before. Use any form that you want to use. You're still not going to beat me in this.
I'm pretty sure that the 400 fail video is indicative of how hard this is to do. Any attempt to downplay my natural power at this point is just going to be straight up denial.
Denial sucks huh>?
You don't want to believe the power so you're in denial of my natural power. Jealousy, envy, and denial suck huh?
Bigger, faster, stronger, and hotter than you all naturally and there's really nothing any of you can do about it.
I mean if everything that I did was easy then why not beat me in it to shut me up? None of you could shut me up at 300 pounds and you're sure the hell not going to shut me up now at 380.
Think about that for a second. Even to beat me you're going to have to do 385.
And don't give me that bull crap line that nobody does leg curls.
What do you all do for hamstrings if you don't do leg curls? Everyone I know does the leg curl machine. It's the only machine you can use to work the hamstrings.
So what's the excuse going to be this time? That I cheated and used bad form? I already told you all that i'm using bad form on this for a reason. The reason being to see just how much weight I can move.
Bad form or good form you're not going to beat me in this.
I mean there's really only one way you can do this. And if you can't tell already the pad is well below parallel at the start. So it's not like i'm starting at a 45 degree angle. All of that is obvious when you watch the 400 video.
If I came on here and told you all I can do more than you all in the one arm tricep extension cable pressdown, what would you all say? That you don't do that exercise? Is that really going to be your excuse this time?
There's no hiding this time behind your walls of lies and denial.
Nobody on this entire planet is going to beat me in the leg curl machine.
Think about this for a second. The stack on this machine goes to 205 pounds. I just did 190 for 1 full rep on each leg. Think about that for a second. How many of you struggle to even get the full stack with 2 legs? The visible weights go to 190 and then there's a dial at the top where you can set it to an extra 15 pounds.
This is a life fitness leg curl machine. You can find them at plenty of LA fitness gyms around the country. How many of you go to an LA fitness? Exactly. Tons.
How many of you have done the leg curl machine at LA fitness? Tons.
Now imagine the weight that you did and just times that by two. Because that's how much stronger I am than all of you on this.
I mean prove me wrong here.
Go ahead. Make a youtube video and call me out. Let's have a competition.
If you can beat me in this. Then i'll try to get 390 next. And then go for that 400 again.
Prove me wrong. That's basically the only way you can shut me up now.

You can only shut me up if you beat me. Otherwise i'm stronger than you all in this.
So far not one person here was able to provide links to youtube pages of videos of you all beating me in anything that I have called you all out on. Not one single time.
If this was easy then why aren't 78 percent of you beating me in this?

So what we are going to do now everyone is this.
We are going to give in to the denial and show that we can accept defeat in this.
Only the following responses will be allowed.
" Matt London you are stronger than me in the leg curl machine. This is ****ing insane. I can't even come close to beating you in this. "
" Matt London is stronger than me in the leg curls"
Hi my name is so and so. State your name. Then state how much weaker you are than me in this. .. State the weight that you can lift. " I can only lift xxx in this with one leg at a time"
See that? Was it that hard to do. Accept defeat. Accept that you're weaker. Give in to the denial. Be stronger than the denial.
And all leg curl machines are the same basically. You're not going to find any that go past 250 pounds for the full stack. Which is the reason why I have to use one leg at a time.

The speed of the lift progressively slows down the more weight that I add on. This isn't easy. It just looks easy. Only by watching the 400 fail video will you realize just how hard this is to do.

They are just scared to post their fail videos. Not one single person here can even remotely admit that I might be incredibly strong for a 100 percent lifetime natural lifter. It would hurt too bad to just give in to the denial. It's too painful to do. So they hide behind their walls of denial.
Everyone here does the leg curl machine. You all know what you're capable of doing. Yet magically not one single person has even posted a youtube page of them doing anything close to this. Or magically posted anyone else in the world coming anywhere close to this.

Why should I? Cardio and distance running is for twinks. How do I know? Because I did them all. I started out as a distance runner and mid distance runner. Dropped down to the 400. And then now i'm doing strictly linebacker training.
So tell me why again that I should go out there and do pointless distance running and prohibit protein synthesis within my muscle fibers thus causing them to become weaker and smaller due to an excessive accumulation of lactic acid?
Go ahead. Give me reasons as to why I should do distance? So basically what you're saying is that a marathon runner is fitter than an NFL linebacker or tight end or defensive end. Am I hearing this correctly?
Distance running is pointless.
Anything done over 40 yards is pointless.
Quality over quantity.
I do a 7 by 10 yard dash workout most of the time. Sometimes i'll do 40s or 20s.
It's all about maximum effort 100 percent of the time. You can't run all out during a marathon, you pace yourself. Thus leading to a decline in quality. Thus leading to a reduction in muscle.
Lactic acid doesn't help muscles. It literally destroys muscles from the inside out.
Lactic acid destroys muscles so bad that even after stopping all distance running in 2004 I still can't grow my arms because of the excessive lactic acid buildup that took place within my arms for so long prior to 2004 during the distance running.
You're never going to reach your full potential if you do anything over 40 yards.
You're all deceived and deluded into believing that walking on a treadmill or jogging does anything.
Which is why i'm fitter than you all.
But don't believe me. Keep doing that distance. Have fun destroying your muscles from the inside out.

Denial really does suck. The other leg doesn't touch this at all.
The key to posting to threads, is to first examine and study everything that the poster has posted. Then you take a test. Apparently you didn't study enough and failed to watch both of the videos. The 400 pound fail video is where you really see just how hard this is to do.
I failed at 400. Wow big deal. I still got up 380.
The tone of this thread just tells me that you all are really in disbelief of this. It's so much damn weight that i bet some of you even tried to beat me in this and failed so bad at it that you don't even have the courage to come on here and post your fail videos.
AWWWW what's a matter? Afraid to post a fail video? At least i'm not a afraid to post fail videos. I failed at 400 pounds.
So go ahead and show me everyones fail video at 230-320. I'm guessing that I have even the strongest lifters here beat by over 60 pounds on this. That's a conservative estimate.
