You can't mail a package heavier than 13 ounces with stamps. You have to take it inside and have the clerk weigh it and print you the stamp otherwise they will return package to sender.

that part is weird, but here's something else: the pics on his van were posted on his twitter starting in spring all the way until august, so that van is probably his, and pics were probably not falsely placed to frame someone. there are also photos and a clip of him at some kind of republican gatherings (possibly trump rallies?).

seeing his twitter posts, the guy seems like a nutjob, and there are hundreds of people who post the same type of pro and anti stuff like he did on trump's twitter comments, so this isn't exclusive to just "trumpers", but he is being accused of sending out what appears to be as explosive devices, so it's more serious. still a bit too early though, since the officials haven't released much info.
