Hi Guys - For my workouts/nutrition, it includes powdered versions of l-glutamine and powdered BCAA supplement. What do you think if I mix them in the same bottle at the same time? This would cut down on the multiple intakes in the morning if I have to separate them all out per the directions on each.
Thanks

You can mix both, then dump them down the drain; wasted money buying them.
But having them together is fine.Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.

lol was going to say the same.
What were your hesitations of mixing them together? They're both naturally occurring in foods that you eat every day. Ultimately though, you're wasting your time. BCAAs are completely unnecessary if you're taking in adequate protein. Glutamine isn't really helping you at all unless you're dosing it relatively high for GI issues (and even then, it's not a huge difference maker).

Most aminos products already have glutamine anyways (ie Xtend).
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

If you mix them in a carbonated water beverage and time them perfectly, you'll get super results. So much you'll "feel" it.
Notsrs op. Return those products if you can. If not, never buy them again. The only thing you're hurting by taking them together is your wallet."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."

You just never want to mix 2x stimulant products.
These are fine to mix, but I wouldn't suggest buying these again as your money can be spent better elsewhere.Myprotein's Official Bodybuilding.com Lead Representative ✔
