I see random FB post about how these creatine drinks don't work. After being in water more than three days it turns into creatinine and causes hardships on liver or whatever . Can I get forum opinion.
I personally love them. I drink caffiene free in the middle of my workout and gives a great pump and boost. And I do feel I've gotten creatine effects from them

Are you talking about RTD’s?
The rate that creatine degrades depends on pH and temperature. The more acidic the liquid, and higher temp, the faster it degrades.
If you mix creatine in just water and store it in the refrigerator, it should last a while (more than 3 days). If you are talking about a pre-mixed drink, I would imagine the company put in some sort of substance to stabilize it to give it a shelf life. I could be wrong, but I would hope they would think that far ahead.

There isn't enough creatine in the bang energy drinks to worry about.
There is less creatine than caffeine and less of the amino acids than the creatine. Also consider that the 85mg of potassium are well above the creatine and BCAAs which means it's far less than 85mg per serving considering the multiple potassium sources making up that total 85mgs.
As Farley said, use it caffeine, feelings of energy and/or mental alertness like you would any other caffeine source.

I just bought a Rainbow Unicorn locally, single can, a few hours ago, brought home and put in the fridge...lol. Marketing got me, have to try it. Also got a lime C4 can haven't had that one
