It's kind of weird with all the time I've put into the gym and supplements I've never taken a meal replacement.
I was looking at "huel" the other day and was considering picking up. Wondering if anyone else has any recommendations.
Due to some life changes, I need something quicker for lunch and relatively cheap and pretty tired of the meals I'm currently making.

The 2 I love the most; Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide & Metabolic Nutrition Musclean and would just blend in rolled oats for more carbs but I prefer the expensive healthy fats and rich flavor as well superior form of whey in both utilizing isolate and casein as well sunflower caseinate shelf stable efa's.
Ofc you can simply use whey protein or whatever and also just blend oats and oil into it such as Controlled Lab's ProMORE & PES Select with 40-60g rolled oats and tbsp of peanut butter or something depends what exactly your looking for.-- Microwaves everyday crew --
