Pic is at an angle.
He doesn't have negative canthal tilt though. His is neutral to very slight positive but he has good medial canthus making his tilt appear more positivly pronounced. Good under eye support(soft tissue), no scleral show. Good shape(almond shape with lateral length in good proportion to height), deep set eyes so hooding is present with low set eyebrows.
Pretty good, boyo. 7/10 (and max is not 10, its 8.5 after that it is preference)

"They'll tell you failure is not an option. That is ridiculous. Failure is always an option. Failure is the most readily available option at all times, but it's a choice. You can choose to fail or you can choose to succeed. But failure is always there, and it's okay to recognize that."- Chael P. Sonnen

You keep getting thown off by the shape, boyo. Right about canthus, there is some upper eyelid exposure, thick low set eyebrows and lashes are good but one eyebrow could be longer for better look(should start where there is a line), no scleral show yep, lateral length in comparison to height could be better, could be shorter(again it depends on a person, it is not math).

No, i got this. Just from looking at your eyes i can tell you want a lot in life.
Prob have HUGE BALLS, testosterone through the roof because of the blue in your eyes
You LOVE rollerblading and cooking weenies at tball games. You never shopped at toys-r-us and occasionally like the wood.
Just looking at your eyebrows i can tell you have a mustache on your dic*, and your pheremones are above avg smelling.
All in all, pretty good man. Im glad you have good genetics. Translates to a lot

Squinting. See the difference between your left(squinting) and right eye?
Shape could be better(shorter in height) but the biggest problem is bad under eye support not only due to bad soft tissue(periorbital fat atrophy) but also bone support for the eye area ( mainly lateral orbital rims+cheekbones).
Research fillers/fat grafting if it does bother you. No creams, sleeping or other chit will work.
