Just wondering, are there any supps with true, full amounts out there? No prop blends, full label disclosure?

This is why there are so many products now that are almost exactly the same. Nutrex Outlift, Bang Master Blaster, and etc. etc. Labels are almost identical because they're using the trending ingredients in the studied doses.
However, there are still some out there that are doing prop blends and always will.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Kaged kills it, yet still underdosed in some departments, though with many more ingredients of "the good stuff" and at a lower price https://www.bodybuilding.com/store/k...uId=KAG3470054

Search for the right Supps
BCAAs and Creatine. Some trusted companies are dymatize and optimum based off what I have felt. Some companies pixy dust products but that seems to be a thing of the past. Good luck with your supplement search! I think for products I like whey protein, fish oil and vitamin D should be for anyone for health. For performance I like creatine monohydrate and BCAAs. However take into consideration what you can afford on products. BCAAs aren't necessary but can help based off of my experiences. Especially on a dieting phase BCAAs nlp to retain mass a bit more.

I guess some people just like surprises. I'm not one of them. Birthdays and Christmas are miserable. lol
If anyone has a good idea of ingredients and recommended dosage they can almost always tell anyways.
Let's be honest... when it comes down to it 95% of people taking preworkouts just grab the brand, the pretty label, or the cool flavor anyways with little to no interest in what's in the product.Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Betaine needs to be 2.5g
Beta Alanine needs to be 3.2g per daily uuse. If you're only doing 1 scoop a day of Pre-Kaged, then it's not clinical.
Tyrosine is better than ALT, which you guys use 1.5g worth.
Caffeine, theanine, theobromine and Lion's Mane is a potent nootropic and stimulant combination that surpasses Pre-Kaged. I like Pre-Kaged, I have a tub myself, but it does not beat White Flash.
Why is Leucine listed twice?- NOTICE: Not all posts represent my own opinion. I enjoy playing devil's advocate.

Maybe not for the actual supplement itself but if you check the label it'll tell you the ingredients. 99% of those are scientifically proven to have some sort of effect, I usually check sites like https://fitnesswikipedia.com or https://examine.com as they constantly review supplements & list their ingredients along with the actual scientific backup (and links to said studies)
