Getting sick of eggs and oatmeal. Throw me some suggestions.

Had a cheat meal last night at a fair (couldn't turn down a sausage and peppers and potato pancakes) and going go strong until my b'day first week of October.

If you don't have one, and can afford it, get an Instant Pot.
brb perfect rice every time.
brb season 1lb of chicken and be eating it 15 mins later, or cook a chit ton then portion and freeze it.
brb sweet potatoes in minutes

I'll have that with 2 strips of bacon, potatoes, and some OJ.

I just have 6 Weetabix with a cupful of protein based cereal. In the morning I am not hungry and can't really fussed to prep a cooked meal before having to head off to work.

Does any else just eat cereal for breakfast like a civilian?

-40g plain oats (but I guess adding natural unsalted pb is k)

-32 fl oz ice cold water

Sometimes I’ll have a slice of whole grain toast depending on how intense my workout gonna be

You mean the egg white cartons? They're good. I use the Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel seasoning on my egg whites.

Yeah depending on my macros and what not i'll either go with strictly egg whites or 2 egg whites and a mix of liquid egg whites.

My breakfast is more like a snack. When I'm tired of eggs/oatmeal I'll fry raisin bread and top it with cottage cheese, syrup and strawberries or blueberries.

Also find a good protein pancake recipe.

Most mornings I have 4 eggs, some bacon and fried tomatoes, various fruits and glass of OJ.

But on Sundays, I treat myself to a full Irish breakfast.
