the problem is californians, new yorkers, chicagoans etc bring their liberal retard values and lifestyles to other places which in turn make those other places less cool and more lame like the places they came from. Literally every average joes and their mother in CA is now buying properties in Texas cuz it's dirt cheap and they can't afford a nice house in CA.

I'd rather buy a house in a upper class neighborhood in CA for over a million than buy numerous houses in Texas. At the end of the day, the CA land in a nice location is worth a lot more in the long run than any house in Texas.
