I found this vid after hearing about all the benefits of taking apple cider vinegar from a couple people at the gym after mentioning how bad my respiratory allergies have been this year. It sounds like the main reason it works is because of it lowering your ph. Does anyone here take it now or have taken it in the past? What, if any benefits have you gotten from it?

Not sure how much I believe that the raising or lowering of the PH is significant. I'd think our bodies are pretty good at regulating that and if it were out of whack there'd be bigger issues than allergies.
That said I have a couple people I know that swear by the stuff. There are drinks now that have incorporated it making it easier to handle but I'm not a bad ass like you who could likely chug it from the bottle☻/
