I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

Feel like I'm the only one remembering him in Boogie Nights. He wasn't the star in that one but along with a great cast, delivered a great character.
I think I'll remember him in that rather than as The Bandit, just like I'll remember Clint Eastwood as the Boxing Coach in Million Dollar Baby vs Dirty Harry.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

There's an older member here who was a competitive bodybuilder, he doesn't log in much any more because of attitudes like this. I like to celebrate people's strengths. To focus on their weakness, especially when they've passed on, seems petty and is a indicator of character flaws IMO.
Iceman can you undelete my Flex magazine thread? I've got a zinger to add to it, please and thank you.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

If someone, in my Eulogy, mentions that my Wife has to find my reading glasses even when they're on my head, that's fine. If someone gets up up and says "you know Bando has been in handcuffs, in the back of a Police car 7 times" than that's not really cool.
Especially when it's more like 9 times.Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.

I'm guessing he means the difference between top right and top left.

I assumed he was referring to all the plastic surgery he had in his battle against father time (correct me if I'm wrong MT).
Sadly, none of us escapes. If we have the good fortune of making it to old age, Father Time will eventually give us all an atomic wedgie at some point. I liked Burt Reynolds. It is sad to see him go.It takes a big man to cry, but it takes a bigger man to laugh at that man.

Don't be so damned foolish..If my saying someone didn't age gracefully would make people not frequent a forum then perhaps its best they don't frequent here, because that's pretty tame even for thin skinned people.
Burt (rest his soul) Worked his ass off, he did most if not all of his own stunts, he also played pretty hard. He had a quintuple bypass in 2010, the injury's and time caught up with him faster then some folks. The last few times I seen him, he was frail looking and had difficulty walking. A great actor, he kept us entertained for many years, he was no doubt one of my favorites and will be missed.Air Force Veteran 1976 - 1999 - Cannabis Enthusiast since the 1960's
