This is probably a troll thread, but here's my advice:

Forget about girls for now. Put that aside. Focus right now on yourself and improving in every way you can. Get your diet in check and get lifting - do Stronglifts 5x5 or something simple, you will gain mass and you will gain lots of strength, which is a lot more quantifiable than mass gains. Focus on strength gains and mass will come along with it.

Find another few areas where you think you can improve. Improve your wardrobe. Start reading more. Set short term attainable goals and complete them, and once you've done that set more goals.

The whole point of this is for you to get some momentum and confidence in yourself. Once you've got that you'll have a much easier time getting girls (and much more attractive than the land beasts in the OP). In the meantime, become obsessed with the idea of improving yourself and becoming better.
