Split suggestion for a bum shoulder

Few things about me. I took a 5 year absence lifting and am now 250 or so lbs. I messed up my right shoulder more than likely due to bad bench form. Ive been back in the gym for 2 months now and created myself a newbie routine to get back into the lifting game. I wont do OHP, bench, skullcrusher type movements, I know this will limit myself but my shoulder has felt fine once I stopped lifting and I wont do those exercises ever again.

Day 1: 4x8 cable tricep pulldown, 4x8 low cable flyes

Day 2: 5x5 rackpulls, wrist roller, 4x8 lat pulldown

Day 3: 5x5 deadlift, 4x8 preacher curl, bodyweight lunges

I will be cutting for the next year or so, do I need to add more exercises and what would you guys switch around with my split?
