Not really anything else in phellodendron with much backing that would be cost effective to extract. Nor is there safety data over 8 weeks in phello to begin with. If it's berberine, Im not sure why you would put that in a pre to begin with.

Which leads me to believe they went for palmatine. But there are better ingredients for that purpose imo

It'll be fine, Alchornea floribunda is traditionally used as an antidote to poison...

(not joking, but it's probably extracted for alkaloids such as isoalchorneine/Yoh. Although true Yoh content is questionable)
