What would you recommend? Ive just finished ON Watermelon and ugh, taste is bad and idk if I was getting enough kick.

Nothing is going to make you stronger other than progressive training over time. And endurance is such a generic term. Are you training >2-3 hours? If not, there is no "endurance" that you could possibly need. If you just want feelings of energy to workout caffeine tabs are right up your alley.Originally Posted by FrozenBeak

Exactly right, big difference between Endurance and just having the drive to actually go to the gym, perform a complete workout, not cut it short, etc. A lot of times, like you said just some extra caffeine can be enough to get you from "I guess I'll go in" to "Let's hammer this out and get it done" in no time.Originally Posted by lucia316
