Im in my 3rd week of a cutting diet... I am intaking the following per day:
210g protein
100 g carb (half post workout, half during the day)
95 g fat
I wouldnt necessarily consider it a keto diet, as I am
not educated enough on ketosis.. Im just trying to follow
as close as possible to what ive learned from reading
the posts around here.... with tremendous results btw...
I have read up on the keto diets and believe that I should
probably spend a day (24hrs) carb loading... any opinions on this? I was thinking about adding 100g carbs to the diet, is this enough, or should I add more?
