Get your starting weight this weekend (28th-29th of July) and go hard towards your goal weight.

I weighed today 213.6 lbs. First month of this challenge I will be on vacation. During that time my minimum goal is to maintain weight and then at last week of August I will resume cutting. Therefore my goal weight is 209 lbs. I will do some traveling during the next 4 weeks, so I might update the spreadsheet a little less frequently during that time.

I wasn’t expecting a new thread but am glad you have made one.
I was 264.6 this morning and after a disappointing run last time am aiming for 255 this time around.

Im in.
Starting weight 100.7 kg = 222.0 lbs
Goal weight 94kg = 207.2 lbs
Ill be in spain for a little while at end of august, so im expecting my weight to fluctuate or go up whilst there as i wont be able to make my own food daily - but ill be trying my best to eat at or under maintanance, so 6.7kg (14-15lbs) loss even with the disruption is more than acheivable for me when im at home.

On Sunday July 29th starting weight is 322.8
My goal is 300lbs by the end of 9 weeks.
My biggest obstacle:
I'm always tired. I'm a single mom of 3 working overnights. My baby is 14 months old and always on the go. Sleep is a luxury.
I also need to set up an appointment for my thyroid meds. I've been out for a while and haven't had the motivation to get them refilled.
Biggest motivation
My baby. He moves so quick I'm afraid he might get hurt because I'm too fat and slow.
Also, the mirror. I have rolls hanging I've never had before.___________________________________________________________________________

I'm in. I havent worked out in about a year so this is going to be slower for me. Little background - went from 300lbs to 195 and lean (15ish% bodyfat). I got super lazy and started having back issues so never got back into everything.
I've decided I'm 32 years old and I need to take back control of my life mentally and physically. Lets do this

New here but would love to join you all! Very close to goal so just want to make that final push for it and then maintain. Fingers crossed.
Plan: 1,600 calories. Try to hit macros at around: 120P/44F/180C. Full body strength 2-3x/week, cardio 3x/week.

alright, here i go, as i said im pretty close to my goal but im going to participate
Start weight 07/29/08: 176.37 lbs (80 kg) / Bf at 10,8-11%
Goal Weight 08/17/08: 169.75 lbs (77 kg) / Bf 9-9,5%
Diet: 1900 calories 220p-69f-100c, PPL 6x/week (strength/hypertrophy), HIIT cardio 3x/week 20 min sessions, Spinning 2x/week

This is great. Perfect timing for me.
Starting weight... 94 kgs / 207lbs on July 29th. Goal weight........ 85 kgs / 187 lbs on Sep 28th.
I had infact started my weight loss journey couple of weeks back to bring my bf% under control. I was at 96.7kgs / 213lbs then. My final goal is to reach 81 kgs by November end.
Am doing moderate caloric defecit with very little carbs on non gym days, eating very healthy, 3 times a week lifting weights+cardio and drinking plenty of water.
