Right now i am lucky to get 7 hours of sleep. After football season is over (2 weeks), i will try to get 9 hours. Just make the most of it man. Your gains wont be as good though, IMO.

Sleep depends on the individual. Many people oversleep and then feel groggy. I go to bed at 12 and get up at 6 to go to the gym. I feel if I sleep more than that then i am tired the rest of the day. Just experiment and see how you feel.

i'm tired all of the time.
I think it's cause of waking up all the time in the night.
I wake up like every few hours, then go back to sleep right way. But it's broken, so maybe i don't get the deep REM sleep i need, so i'm always tired?
Been like this for months, i feel like i'm really dizzy and hazy all of the time, like i'm always drunk. It's hard to concentrate and and motivation.
I've had blood tests and a urine test, came through. I was training super hard for a while, so i took almost 2 weeks off, still the same, maybe i slept a LITTLE better, i'm back at the gym now, but i'm gonna try and go lighter, see if it helps.
any ideas?
