I've heard all kinds of different methods to loading creatine...what is the most effective, proper way to utilize the effects of creatine, while not pissing it out...and what is the right dose to maintain?

I split it up into about 4-5 servings throughout the whole day and drink it with 10-15 gms of dextrose in each serving
well, normally you'll have a 20 gm loading days, so you divide 20 by 5 and take 4 gms a serving
for loading take it 2 hrs after meals...and ALWAYS take a serving in the morning and after you workout

I think I'm going to plan on loading with about 18-20g for the first 5-6 days and then I'm going to maintain with about 3-5g for the remainder of the time. I'll probably end up going with it for about 2 months and then cycle off it. How does this sound?
