Is There Anything Particularly "Wrong" With This Type of Diet?

I'm prepping for a camping trip, just figuring out my food(s) and I started thinking of how a lot of this can be applied to every day diet. Regardless of quantity for body composition sake, is there anything wrong nutritionally with a diet that consisted of the following, or other foods very similar on a daily basis? Isn't it close to a typical "paleo" diet?

prepping for a camping trip and you need a meal plan?
this looks more like a grocery list than a meal plan
    protein is very low.
do you know what vegetables are?

Not really, I already prepped for my trip but decided to map this out in excel, took 10 minutes just to see what I was looking at.

    protein is very low.
Could also easily throw in a serving of protein powder

do you know what vegetables are?
yes I do, but I think when you consider the amount of vegetables a "normal" American eats, there isn't much missing in terms of micro nutrients that the list above doesn't contain. Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

I agree. I should have explained I'm curious about opinion on that type of diet for a prolonged time (permanent).

84g protein isn't much for 2.1k cals if you lift weights regularly.

Does the spreadsheet allow for a social life at some point?

    ^ That

It might seem 'hardcore' to come up with a list of fancy ingredients but in reality it's totally inflexible and you will get bored of it quickly. If you can get the same results from a more 'normal' diet, why wouldn't you?

Protein can easily be added with some more fish and a shake

I’m not sure what part comes off as “hardcore”, I already do IF and social life is minimal bro, wife and baby at home. Furthermore, I have never let a diet stop me from being social, I was just looking for opinions on the nutrition aspect alone not the social or psychological aspects of it.

Aside from the low protein as mentioned, plug it all into cronometer to see how it looks micro-nutrient wise and then add what you need to reach sufficiency.

vitamins and micronutrients are not important because nobody has deficiency so just normal food add some
you can add protein shakes with maximum of 50g protein of that
i find it better because then i dont have to think all the time if i get enough protein which i get in any case its just a psychological thing

While you've included some very nutritious items, the list just isn't long enough to stick with for any length of time; meal boredom will soon set in, leaving you hating your meals.

As far as a short-term list goes, you can bump up your protein (and variety) with beef jerky.
