I'm prepping for a camping trip, just figuring out my food(s) and I started thinking of how a lot of this can be applied to every day diet. Regardless of quantity for body composition sake, is there anything wrong nutritionally with a diet that consisted of the following, or other foods very similar on a daily basis? Isn't it close to a typical "paleo" diet?

Protein can easily be added with some more fish and a shake
I’m not sure what part comes off as “hardcore”, I already do IF and social life is minimal bro, wife and baby at home. Furthermore, I have never let a diet stop me from being social, I was just looking for opinions on the nutrition aspect alone not the social or psychological aspects of it.~*\_Beard Brah_/*~

vitamins and micronutrients are not important because nobody has deficiency so just normal food add some
you can add protein shakes with maximum of 50g protein of that
i find it better because then i dont have to think all the time if i get enough protein which i get in any case its just a psychological thing

While you've included some very nutritious items, the list just isn't long enough to stick with for any length of time; meal boredom will soon set in, leaving you hating your meals.
As far as a short-term list goes, you can bump up your protein (and variety) with beef jerky. No brain, no gain.
