Probably but no clue. XF is better of course but the tub I have of XF is off for the first time so I bought this. I haven’t opened it up yet but I will over the next couple of days.

Iluvmud- it’s always been really good, one of my favorites but I know many don’t trust the owner due to a past manufacturing issue and his response.

I always like trutein but for some reason i felt like the shelf life was suspiciously short. and the taste worsened only after a few months of having it

RedCon1 MRE bars are drier than a mummy’s anus. The flavors are actually pretty good but you bite into one and it crumbles apart like a dirt clog.

been wanting to try a new high stim option, but after looking around, I think I may just end up buying the Convict BOGO again. Been really loving that pwo as far as energy and focus. One of my fav's in that department. Most of the other high stim options I'm seeing that I haven't tried yet are just a little bit over the top w caffeine counts upwards of 450mg on top of the exotics (no thanks), or getting crazy reviews with a formula that doesn't match, and/or over priced comparatively speaking (i.e. Chemix...like, nothing in that stim blend suggests it's gonna be an over the top hitter, but reviews coming in are calling it insane, which raises red flags. I actually like the overall formula, but it's over priced and reviewers saying it hit's like a freight train when there isn't a single exotic or novel stim in the blend makes me think it's either spiked on the first batch, or just loaded with obscene amounts of caffeine....blends pfft).

Black Magic BZRK actually looks decent but i'm not convinced I'm gonna like it any more than Convict, and it's $50 US for a single tub vs the bogo, so...

Ramping it back up in the gym as PT gave me the green light to do pretty much all lifts. Some just with strict form and light weight and some with modified form. Biggest thing is not to get arms out behind from my head and shoulders like the old, terrible way used to do flies.

Anyway last week Friday did lat pulldowns, bench press with 25s for final set and military press. Did some other lifts as well but was happy to get back to some of my favorites. Military press humbled me. Just did bar for 3 sets and did 20, 18 and 15 reps. That one will take me a while to get back I can tell.

I opened and used the PES Select Smart Mass peanut butter cookie this morning. Wow, talk about a massive scoop. Blended it with ice and fairlife milk, more than usual so used larger cup, and blender was about to blow up/burn out. Did get it blended but as I have had with other gainers it turns more into a thick but still able to poor consistency. Tasted amazing but might like the flavor of the regular Select as well as how I can blend it and eat with a spoon.

Had reviewed a chunk of the lineup a long time ago but it is really good. I wouldn't compare LMP with XF Ultra Peptides there 2 dif flavors with a dif focus on the amount of the flavorings/aspects, so their both fairly unique.

Trutein has several really great flavors I loved their Pumpkin Pie a lot just not as much as gbullock who had enough tubs of it too build a 2 car garage haha

My wife found me that box of Peeps I ate a handful it holds more interest too me as a peep cereal than actually eating it haha but she likes it I just thought it tasted sweet with little freeze dried marshmallows throughout.. Bring back the pink peep oreos! >=(

So I thought OG Kraken was all gone, but turns out the retailer I usually buy from (same one running the Convict BOGO) has more in stock...PM me if you need a link.

I haven't used Trutein in years, but enjoyed it. My only thing is if it contains the protein that's on the label.

You could say this about any brand; I got a couple hundred dollars from the lawsuit against MuscleTech when Phase8 got hit for false labeling. Had gone through a lot of it since it was cheap and the Chocolate Peanut Butter and White Chocolate were delicious. Still bought more haha, but I do/did hate being lied to; just be honest about the content and I'll still probably buy it if I like it.

The Outright bars are pretty tasty. Had a few of the original 3 flavors. Had 2 of each flavor in cart to order last week but held off and now the Butterscotch is out of stock so have to wait until back in stock.

Got my samples of NutraBio Pancakes & Maple Syrup. Waiting on Blueberry and Donut. Pretty eager to try them all.
