Idk if it was the tartNess flavor of the BB, but the acute effects felt stronger and woke me up quicker. Could be the teacrine? Idk. I don't like how they say you can do 2 scoops, makes it feel like you're supposed to 2 scoop it to get the effacious dose. Then youre left with 10 servings a tub lmao

Bacopa is amazing even on its own. Glad to see it’s use more.

both are great products. BW has the edge on using proper Tyrosine at a higher dose than we typically see, as well as 2 freaking grams of ALCAR. BB has the edge w twice the Alpha GPC, plus TeaCrine and L-Phenylanine.

Both products have a lot to offer.

It’s real. Even if you don’t get anything out (which you may not) it’s an amazing ingredient. Neuro health, BP, anti inflammatory etc it has a long list.

No, their label is incorrect. Alpha GPC is always 50%. If they had 600 mg of alpha gpc (pure), it would be 1200 of alpha material, and the blend would be larger.

If you want more stimulant, caffeine is cheap. If you want more actives to make them comparable, covering all the others will not be cheap, nor will sourcing for all the various ingredients be easy.

I would expect due to the large stim content that BB "feels" more effective initially. That's the nature of stims (so add a caffeine tab if that's what you are looking for). The actual cognitive/mood enhancers are not even close.

I liked both acute and chronic effects of brainwash. But I'm especially concerned about acute effects.

Keep in mind the acute effects to stimulants will dissipate with time as your body up-regulates central adenosine receptors.

So it's wonderful that one has more of an acute kick, but long-term that will level out and then what are you left with?

So you have two choices. Adjust to lower stimulants which can take a couple weeks or add caffeine to get that acute benefit (and still receive the other properly dosed benefits).

May as well just buy caffeine tabs if that's all you're looking for.

If anyone wants to try bacopa on its own just pick up some Docters Best Bacopa. It’s pretty cheap and is 55% Bacosides.
