Well... about that ecdy though...
http://www.ergo-log.com/ecdysterone-...-10-weeks.html
The study was apparently requested by WADA so not a supplement industry sponsored study.Completed Logs & Reviews:

100% true. But his health stack is pretty damn expensive. I didn't recall seeing him talk about collagen much in the past but i just looked at one of his lists and sure enough, it's in his stack.
Thanks! I knew the benefits but not the recommended dose previously.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

They didn't base the popup on you actually changing your password, but on time ( I hope at least ). It will continue to popup as a reminder to everyone, regardless if you changed or not, until that date. Unless of course it's not time based and will continue to popup til the end of time unless someone deletes the code.

He does use a lot but he will tell you if something is in his stack if its worth it or not, simply because he gets everything for free basically. You know Dante, straight up no bs dude. He owns his supp company but always recommends others.
I personally use Great Lakes Gelatin Collagen Hydrolysate, which he recommends. 2 tbsp AM and PM.PEScience Representative

I logged off yesterday because I use my phone landscape when mobile and the ****ing piece of **** message was making it impossible to see what I was typing.
Pretty sure some day in the not so distant future we're going to open the browser or app and find the forums gone altogether at this rate
Search function anyone? lol
Then again the forum works on my computer but the store doesn't so

Don't have access to the full text unfortunately. Ergo-Log did make mention that they did test the raws and accounted for the ecdy dose based off of what was detected in the product they used. So even though the label claimed 100 mg of ecdy per dose, it was actually 6 mg per dose. The product also contained 100 mg of leucine per dose but this is clearly too low of a dose to do anything. There was also no anabolic compounds outside of the ecdy detected in the product (so no, "advanced" ingredients). Minimum dose administered was 12 mg. They also apparently had another group where they gave them a total of 48 mg of ecdy (8 caps of the product, each cap being 6 mg).
What's clear is that the product was underdosed in everything that was on the label (2 caps are supposed to net 560 mg of leucine, there was only apparently 100 mg per capsule they found, so 200 mg of leucine in 2 caps). Apparently they also did cell culture study with ecdy and that seemed to have effects equivalent to DHT.
Anything stick out to you in the full text if you had read it? From the Ergo-Log write up and the abstract, I didn't see any reason to doubt the findings to be biased since this was not industry funded and was instead WADA funded and I didn't see any references to any questionable funding source. If anything, this does bring up another good example of how supplements don't meet label claims (because this Peak product clearly did not meet label claims, LoL).Last edited by kissdadookie; 06-06-2019 at 11:50 AM.

Ahh yes, the amazing, expensive yet I hardly used Donjoy knee brace. Back in 2005/2006 when I had mine from my major knee surgery I went in for my original fitting, wore it for most of my recovery and never went in to get it re-adjusted due to leg size increase. Once I felt comfortable enough not to use it I never wore it again. I played 3 nights of softball the year after as well along with softball every year up until this year. Maybe not the smartest as far as 100% recovery that first year but I did fine. Now old age is catching up though and I'm just broken parts and arthritis.

Yeah when I fell in February and broke my wrist the ACL graft I had put in back in 97 tore or detached, so I have no ACL in my left knee confirmed by MRI. No real pain, just constant clunking around and instability. I'll only wear the brace while doing anything taxing or on uneven surfaces.
Every step is calculated, every pivot is planned and choreographed, it sucks.
