It will catch up to you where one day you'll take something with 200mg of L-Theanine that worked
for you in the past but then all of a sudden you'll feel NO energy from it. It happened to me a few
times where one with 200mg or more worked then there are times It just makes me feel sluggish so
I won't take anything with more than 100mg in the profile and this is why White Flash at 100mg is
just right! everything else with 200mg is just so wrong.

Yeah not sure why I get a "different" taste initially. Maybe not soap but it's a familiar taste or a smell I get from something I can't quite place. I wanted to give the flavor another go today but opened the blueberry muffin and glad I did. It's very well done. I usually don't enjoy blueberry flavored proteins like so many others but this is amazing. It's lighter flavored then those I have had in the past but in a good way. It isn't the overly sweet or "tart", like Ghost, and would be one I look forward to having over and over. There is a nice muffin mix flavor to go with the lighter blueberry flavor that I prefer. If I had more calories to use I would have tried the pancakes and maple syrup again but tomorrow is another day.
Thanks, I will probably try tomorrow morning. I have enjoyed my "time off" with biking EVERY morning at home plus my rehab stretches and lifts but there are a few exercises and lifts I can't do at home and am excited to get back to. Mostly a little heavier curls, the tricep rope push/pull downs and especially seated rows. Of course bench but going to be a while before I can really add much weight. I'll be really happy when I can get back to doing shoulder/military press and a wider range of other exercises.
Now to the sad truth of my busted body (knees and hips). My left knee is just not doing great. 2 surgeries on it and just have to admit squats and other such exercises, especially heavy, are not in the cards for me. I know those that say with proper form they are the best for you but they don't know my body like I do. The arthritis, repairs and all else is just best to do less stressful and low impact exercises with my legs.
I am a big Nutrabio fan with all their supplements. Flavoring is really well done. I admit some come out on the lighter flavor side (several proteins) but with amazing macros, ingredients and profiles on top of enjoyable flavors they are on my list of top supplement companies I support most.
As for Bang and carbonated beverages, they are my top pick. Really enjoy carbonated energy drinks and Bang to me taste the best. Sour Heads forever!

Agreed, 100mg thea is pushing it, the energy dies down quicker with it too.. guess it's fine if you take it 4-6 hours before bed time. I used to do 1 scoop quake plus more caffeine and citrulline and it was pretty good.
Prolific would be a lot better without it or a smaller dose, I got Nutrabio stim free and added caffeine just to get rid of the theanine.
I downed caffeine intake to around 100mg daily #healthylife #empowered hoping to quick soon, but the habit is hard to kick.

I'm way down on caffeine recently (blood pressure...heredity big factor)...have been lifting 3 days a week, no supplemental caffeine at all on off 3 if not all 4 of the off days, <200mg caffeine pre workout...hell yesterday I did heavy squats on Carbon Prep and 0 stims all day. ugh
May bring some back it doesn't have that much of an impact on BP seemingly

I have no idea if these are new or if my store just started carrying them, but they are delicious, on par with Peanut Butter Captain Crunch IMO; they don't rip your mouth up though. Pretty spot on (for cereal) peanut butter cookie taste.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Although it was a long time ago, Nutrabio pre felt pretty strong to me, in terms of energy. Either I became too sensitive to theanine or it had something else which neutralized theanine effect.
But quake sadly makes me too sleepy to take full serving. Profile is so good though.I lift things up and put them down...

Had to get a liver ultrasound because my AST/ALT levels were still slightly elevated. Came back perfectly normal. Doctor now wants me to go a month without creatine or any supplements to see if that would get my levels down to normal. I asked her if my levels were actually something to be concerned about, and she said no, she just wants to see. Both my AST/ALT were around 50. Cause for concern is 80+ (normal is low 40's).
I told her I'd rather not stop taking creatine/supplements, and she said that was fine but she still wants to retest in a month. If the levels are in the same range as they have been the past two times, she will drop it.
She's just being thorough since I'm a new patient, but yeah. I'm fine.iForce Blueberry Muffin: forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=169778043
