Today's Order - 2018 Part 5: Double scooping ALL the supplements

Pretty much that’s what I did. Took a 120 grit sandpaper drum bit attachment on my drill and smoothed it all out. The chips are still there obviously, but they don’t have any jagged edges.

Think I’m gonna keep it. Going to ask if the lifetime warranty still holds and if they would send replacement end caps.

I thought of the warranty question after I posted. I would expect it to still be valid, but its a good idea to make sure.

But, can they really give the necessary support for heavy, strength training? I mean, going from my Strength Shop faux leather to Inzer makes a noticeable difference for me on support...

I feel like you can get great support from the velcro belts it feels very tight and secure too me, having used one for while it's super easy to get on/off too and being cheaper not a big deal to replace it. Not putting up as big a numbers as some tho but if Eddie doin that well just gonna assume its fine :P



As it was mentioned.. I def need to get me a tub lol have not had any of Aarons lineup since his split with Blackstone/Prime and I still dislike their marketing approach :P but will be trying that cucumber lime total war

I thought of the warranty question after I posted. I would expect it to still be valid, but its a good idea to make sure.

Lifetime warranty still good, but they can’t give new end caps since it’s not something they stock. Regardless, I’ll be keeping it. It’s $90 off for cosmetic damage that doesn’t mess with the bar. Deadlifted with it yesterday and it broke off the ground smooottthhhh. Very high whip bar with great knurling. Only has IWF marks though (wish it had both since I’m used to lining up my shins between them for my set up). It’s also needle bearing so if I ever get into OlyyLifts again it will be great...but I don’t see that happening.

In supplement news, EVL Gingerbread protein is tasty. Doesn’t have a sharp ginger bite which is good news to me. Mixes thin.

Pandora's Potion Reign, really does taste like Fuzzy Peaches. Best flavor of Reign I've had (but I think this is the only I've tasted since the flavors were upgraded).

I've got that and one other flavor in the stash once I get back to the gym scene. Was going to go today but we got hit with a good amount of snow and cold so delaying my return a bit since had to snow blow and shovel. I was given the okay to do a few lifts/exercises. Bench with just the bar and safe form. Seated rows with elbows tight and close grip. Triceps with the rope. Bicep curls with elbows tight and strict form up to 15 to 20 pounds. Legs pretty much most anything on a machine or leg press. Still can't do anything like flys, shoulder press, lat pull downs or anything that could pull, tear or stress the repaired shoulder.

Excited for those new outright flavors. In other new flavors I have had 2 of the 3 new Nutrabio Isolate flavors. First the Pancakes and Maple Syrup. Made with 8 ounces fairlife and ice as a smoothie/shake ( how I make all my shakes pretty much). Flavor is a bit strange. At first I got kind of an almost soap like flavor. Yeah, I don't know. Was better once I got into it but still not sure I really got pancakes and maple syrup. I'll have to give it a few more uses and see how it tastes to me. Today I had the Cinnamon Sugar Donut and that is a tasty flavor. I did get a bit of the fried donut flavor and a little cinnamon but to me I almost got a caramel cheesecake like flavor out of it. Either way I really like it. Last up is the blueberry muffin flavor which I plan to use tomorrow.

Oh and I have to say, diet has been lacking lately and I'm in eat almost whatever mode. Latest binge item is edible cookie dough from The Cookie DOugh Cafe. SO much awesome!

Tried my first BANG today, Black Cherry Vanilla.

I give them credit, the flavoring is really good. That being said, I quickly discovered that I really, really dislike carbonated beverages. The fizziness is just not appealing to me at all.

I'll stick with coffee.

I saw those flavors. Big proponent of breakfast food themed protein. Once my protein collection dies down, I'll reach for the Pancakes/Maple Syrup flavor first.

Excellent stim free pre, although it has 350mg caffeine...

Theanine never used to bother me in a pre, kind of liked how it felt with caffeine. I'm starting to understand the disdain though. Too much really does kill the energy hit.

Theanine ruines any pre-workout. Without theanine quake would be one of the best.

Guess I am on the outline with theanine, it just doesn't get me tired, at least not the amount in Quake.
