    Planning to start back...Bulking diet?

    Hey guys, just looking for a really good diet plan, planning on bulking here in a couple weeks, getting back into lifting (FAITHFULLY) now and wanted to get a really good bulking
    diet plan to follow since eating right is equally impotent as a workout regime. any recommendations? I couldn't find another thread about this so that's why I asked. thanks

    Any suggestions? I'm planning I guess to write one out but just need advice how how many cals etc, and any sample.
