    From anorexia to fit.

    hello everyone, my name is shyam I am 23 years old and I live in France.

    it's been 2 years since I practice bodybuilding, I started when I was anorexic.

    I was always skinny but I fell into anorexia because of a burn out during my music studies. I started losing a lot of weight, then I fell in alcohol and drugs ...

    I then wanted to get back on my own without the help of people. So I started bodybuilding in order to get out of drugs and anorexia.
    I just wanted to gain weight and have a good physique but I took a passion for bodybuilding and now 2 years that I practice it seriously ...

    I plan to participate in my first competition in men's physics for March 2019.

    Begore : 44kg now : 86kg

    Looking great ... big upper body and still very lean and major effort in 2 years. Dense looking back and looking strong ... how tall are you and what are your lifts? No leg pics though, so do the legs match the upper body? It's not unusual for former anorexics to transform themselves by taking up bodybuilding ... that focus on control is much better turned to building your body than starving it or turning to drugs. Nice as well that you've got ,music in your life. Good luck with the planned comp
