Hi I love the gym and days without It I hate it.
I Usually train 6x a week
Monday Legs
Tuesday Chest tris
Wednesday Back Bis
Thursday Shoulders Traps
Friday Rest
Saturday Repeat
But I really want to train 7x a week and have so much energy for the gym. all lifts are progressing.
Im 16 on a diet 205g protein 130g carb 72g fat 5ft9 260lbs 2000calories.
Not on steroids btw. I just love training. Please help.

At 16 you shouldn’t be tracking and managing macros. Each until full and train. As for 7 days per week, as long as you are getting sufficient rest and well balanced meals I believe it’s ok. I will sometimes go stretches without rest days but I also will do other activities in place of lifting. This morning in place of the gym I took the dogs for a hike.

^^ Couldn't agree more with this. It's fine, especially if you enjoy yourself (I train 7x a week because it is fun), but don't sell your soul to the gym (don't make it a chore.) Live a little. You'll develop a much more positive relationship with training.
