I have been working out for a while now, but I just recently started talking protein shakes. I usually take some breakfast shake in the morning and a protein shake in the afternoon right after my workout. I add fruits and yogurt to the morning shakes to make them more filling and substitute it for breakfast. I was curious if it would be optimal to add fruits and yogurt to my afternoon shake as well, or if that would make it take longer to absorb the protein?
