What s up guys , here is my current supplement stack :
Whey ( nitro tech)
Creatine ( from muscle tech)
Animal nitro
Animal pak
Animal pump
Glutamine ( from muscle tech)
Animal Omega
Animal Cuts
Animal Flex
So my question is am I taking too much supplements ? What is your opinion ? I need some advice pls

Overkill. Stick with the basics Homie. Supps are far from necessary.
-creatine 3-5g daily for 30 days and then at least 4x /weekly
-protein if you don't get enough from whole foods
-multi and fish oil if necessarySupplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.
