    Pre-workout pill

    I workout early and usually jog and don’t have to put in this much time but I about to start back up on Insanity and will need more energy and endurance.
    I had been taking a powder but would like to have something I can pop in right as my alarm goes off so I can get dressed and start my workout. I workout from home so it’s not like i have a drive to pass some time by, and don’t want to go make a drink and sit around do 30minutes for it just to start. I need something to hit quick and that I can take on an empty stomach.

    I had thought about just a caffeine pill but was thinking that I may need some of the pre workout ingredients to help.

    Mix powder the night before, put in fridge. Get up, drink. Profit.

    A stimmed, powder pre workout on an empty stomach should start working well before 30 minutes anyway.

    I agree with this.

    ~15mins seems to be my sweet spot on an empty stomach.

    It will really just be trial and error to see what works for you. The cheapest option would be drinking a coffee or C pill

    I thought I had read something that said mixing some drinks before hand could loose potency maybe ?
    I am using this if you don’t mind letting me know if I’m wrong or if I can in fact mix the night before.

    Why not? In seriousness. I am doing Insanity, not hard pumps of weights right now so I though the bcaas would help with recovery, plus some caffeine. I’m cutting
    What else would you recommend. I’m almost out anyway

    Are you getting adequate daily protein from your diet?

    If the 100mg of caffeine in that is enough to get you up and going, it's not a bad choice

    Not necessarily bcaa. I’m not all knowledgeable on this stuff there are so many options with this that and the other I’m confused. I was running a lot and that’s why I chose the bcaas. Would something like C4 or MuscleTech Vapor be better for my training? Now that it has changed.

    I also take NitroTech after workouts. 100mg caffeine is ok but I could use more. And yes I stick to my calories and carb/fat/protein ratio the best I can.

    If you are getting your daily protein, there is no reason to spend money on supplemental bcaa. If you aren't getting your daily protein, the best solution is to get your daily protein.

    I grind up 1/2 to one pill of caffeine (100-200 mg Walmart brand) into my Powerade Zero, don't taste it at all as well

    Works great and cheap AF

    I found this MuscleTech Vapor x5. It looks rated high and has good caffeine and other things in it but when I read about it, the postings say if you take 2 scoops you get all these benefits. But then says just one scoop per serving. So will one scoop serving give me benefits or do I have to take the full two scoops to get any benefits of the nitric oxide and other stuff? I had found the C4 pre workout too, but for a similar price this has more caffeinne and some nitric oxide stuff that says it will help blood flow, etc.

    Plasmajet comes in pills, APS makes hydromax in pills, IFN makes potassium nitrate and hemavol in pills.. caffeine pills.. lots of options. I actually prefer pills.

    Depends on your stim tolerance.
    If your stim tolerance is low, then 1 scoop of VaporX5 should suffice
    You can buy bulk Citrulline for cheap and stack it with VaporX5 like most of our reps do

    So I guess I need a good pre workout that has some NO and Caffeinne. Is there an all in one for that since caffeine comes in pill form already.
