I ate very well when I was young, drank milk, etc.
Apparently that's the reason why people from the Netherlands are tall.
But alas, I'm 5'5".
Is this a cruel joke?
I reached puberty when I was 10, if that makes difference.

It's genetics. We're tall because we're a mix of Germanics, Celts, Vikings and Gauls. Barbarian master race.
Our diets don't differ that much from our neighbouring countries. We just eat slightly more brown bread and cheese. We do have excellent quality control on organic food products though.
But, don't stress yourself over things out of your control. Look at the positives. Being 5'5" means you have an excellent frame for powerlifting/bodybuilding while I'll always look like slenderman when I'm lean.Less thunder in mouth, more lightning in hand.

Older bro is like 5'9 or 5'10. I'm 5'7. I guess it's alright considering my mom is like 5'4 and dad is 5'5. Seems like most older siblings get better genetics with some exceptions. I ate fairly well growing up, but I stopped growing like start of freshman year at 14. Feels bad man.
Nutrition doesn't seem to matter as much as genetics. I've seen really skinny tall dudes that ate like chit growing up.
