    In for the opportunity!

    As a PT, when work gets done and its time to transition to workout, it always helps to have a product that can literally change your mentality and make you crush the weights. I'd be really interested to see what this product entails!


    As for my most recent extreme workout, my gym has a prowler... aka this bad boy.



    After a set of heavy 5X5 back squats at 365 lbs, the combination of pushing this badboy with hundreds of pounds 30 yards down and back 12 times was really crushing my soul. That would have been great and all, but then I still had dumbbell Bulgarian split squats, banded hip thrusts, single leg extensions (miserable if you've never done them!) and calf raises... thank God they were seated calf raises.

    At this point, one of my buddies at the gym wanted to DL, so naturally I joined. Decided it'd be best to SLDL for my sets, since I was already hitting legs, and let me tell you.. I felt everything as jello for the next 5 days. Good news, is that the next two days were upper body and another rest day. Probably closer to a 1:45/2 hour workout after all said and done.

    Would love to put this new Pre Pump X to the test!

    Definitely want to try this, i just love trying new pre-workouts, I feel like i tried almost every respectable pre on the market right now

    I couldn't find much of my reviews since they are burried somewhere and the bb.com forum search is not the .... best.

    But here's a review & log all in one, something you can expect from me

    As for my hardest workouts, I would say, when cutting I did shortcut to shred by Jim Stoppani, the compound leg day is squats and deadlifts in one day (with some other exercises), and cardio acceleration instead of resting between sets .. imagine doing 3-4 sets of squats and deadlifts without any rest in between... puddle of sweat was left in the squat rack every time . Its not the biggest 'pump' workout for sure, but the mix of heavy lifting and cardio will leave you out of breath, and crawling out of the gym.

    Since this is a once in a lifetime experience with this pre I defiantly need to get in on this

    I last extreme workout was the day before my surgery 2 weeks ago. I was getting a surgery in the family jewels so I knew there would be some recovery and cant do certain exercises for a while but it was push day. But what did I do - loaded up the bar and started pulling some dead’s knowing that I can’t be doing them for a while. After I was done with dead’s I loaded up the rack for some squats since there is no way in hell I can do legs for a few weeks. After about 10 sets of squats I went into lunges then extensions. Let’s just say my legs where jello!!! and felt like I had to puke into every garbage pale that I passed.

    My most recent Hardcore workout-- WAS A DEADLIFT day from hell

    Did 585 5 sets of 3 reps after that did 405 x 10 x 7 sets --- yup central nervous system just about shut down after that. It was all conventional pulling. My ham, glutes, traps, and whole back was fully lit up. It was the most total "poundage" I have ever done. No this is not a lie to try to make up a story you can check my youtube have vids doing (405x25, 585x8, 635x2). Deadlifting has always been my favorite exercise and there are so many ways to make it challenge whether its deficit, paused, or straight up high reps. I would love to put this to the test and see if I can do something like 455x10x10 sets GVT style which I think is just nutty.
    Part of today's workout was pretty brutal too
    Trying to improve day in and day out.
