    For increasing a max rep set I do just this. 100 for time and 100 in fewer sets. Not typically everyday, I should take a day off and test my max but I'm not ready to do that yet. I did 33 yesterday I think with a couple of days off I may get 34-36

    GJDM. Always enjoy your content. What would your suggestions be for someone who is ~270lbs and currently cutting as far as pullup/chinups go? If I'm lucky I can hit 1-2 chin-ups and that's it...
    Start with bodyweight rows and just manipulate the angle to make it easier or harder. Once you can do those do flexed arm hangs from the bar and then start doing negatives. By then you should be able to do a few pull ups and can build from there.

    Tfw I used to rep out 20 pull ups when passing a door frame as a skinny teenager numerous times a day.
    Elbows are wrecked at this stage.
    I'd love to get back into the routine of repping out sets like you.
