Unhappy I Need Lower Ab Help!!!

Hey all... I'm having a hard time getting my lower abs in shape. I've always had trouble with them, due to an amount of fat which lies over them. Even through cartio, it's still there. Are there any tips and/or exercises that you can suggest, to help me finally see some results? I'm to the point now, where I'm about to start plastic wrapping my lower torso, lol. Thanks for any advice!

You can also get in that same position and have someone stand behind you.
Grab their ankles for support.
Bring your legs up to them.
Have them push your legs down(from the feet) and just before your feet hit the ground, bring your legs back up.

My humble friend I am quite distressed to hear about your situation. You can rest well knowing that you aren't alone, there are many others out there who suffer from the dreaded FUPA. Wrapping yourself in plastic can indeed be fun - especially if you make it a group activity, however it will not do anything to alleviate your situation. There good news is that there are alternatives. You can try eating a very solid nutritional program with all natural foods along with higher rep reverse crunches/leg raises. The other choice you have is liposuction. Best wishes and much respect to you and yours.
