Thanks for the info, I am finally getting started. At an incline,
Flyes, starting with 5 pound dumb bells 10 reps x 2 sets.
Presses, 10 pound barbell set 10 reps x 2 sets.
Will increase a set daily, then next week increase weight and begin again.
I am also doing cross flyes, hoping for some cleavage help.
I may be so sore tomorrow I can't move, wish me luck.
