Hey guys are there any supplements for anxiety or social anxiety?
I currently started ashgawanda and 5htp for relaxation and mood. Just wanted to see if there’s anything else since I don’t feel any difference with the ashgawanda and 5htp

L-Theanine sometimes help for the natural route, I enjoy that. But if it interferes with life, you need to see a physician for pharmacologial management as psychological issues IMO are not something to play around with.

Only on occasion. Usually once a week on the weekend friday or saturday. Sometimes twice. I take a ‘recreational’ dose between 1-2g. For anxiety, i believe normal dose can be 500mg+. There is alot of info out there, you can look up more detail online.
I take it on a fri/sat cause usually thats when i go out, and like i mentioned, once i hit the bed, i just want to sleep forever. It makes me super lazy the following day.Current Stats: as of 11/9/2017

I like the confidence boost I feel from Controlled Labs Gamer Up & especially Orange Brainwash as it contains L-theanine, Lions Mane, theobromine (mood elevator from chocolate), PhosphatidylSerine & Alpha Glycerophosphocholine

Give meditation a try.
I don't think social anxiety ever completely goes away...
However, the more you expose yourself to those situations, the more they become normal.

My psychiatrist gave me meds to address my mental health issue, but i also take fish oil and vitamin daily to help support my brain. i have no more anxiety problems or out of control brain problems since last year. but if i forgot to take the antipsychotic at night, i may not fall asleep fully. if you need more info you may send me a private email.

Personal experience, Ashwagandha is the only thing that helped with anxiety.
*Go to the bathroom, flex in mirror and forget to pee crew*
*Shave one of my legs and pretend it's a girl in my bed crew*
*T-mobile worker laughed at me because only had one number for 5-friends/family list plan crew*
