    Calories or carbs

    Hi guys, may be a silly question but I'm going to ask anyway.

    I want to gain weight/bulk, I'm 10st atm. I've read thousands of post say that you should aim to get 6000 calories a day. I've also seen loads of post saying eat as many carbs as possible. Someone said eat 2.5 grams of carbs to every lb of body weight meaning I should eat 350 grams of carbs.

    Which should i am for 6000 calories or 350g of carbs? Or both?

    Posts at least 1 posts where you need 6000 calories. 350 carbs is only 1400 calories.

    You can consume 350 carbs and 6000 calories, though you'd be consuming a lot of fat/protein to get there. Carbohydrates are one of the three (four, including alcohol) that will contribute to your caloric intake.
