Huge Thanks to Kon_Rock and Nutrabio for sending me Pre, Reload and a new shaker! I had purchased their multi, Intra and Creatine supp during one of the sales so I'll running with this stack! It has been a while since I've ran an actual log here as I was repping for TSN then Nutrabolics for a number of years. Those that followed my past logs know I give 110% and try to keep things as detailed as possible. I'm just getting over a bad sinus infection so I'm looking forward to getting back in the gym after about a week in half off. I just finished up my meds yesterday, not feeling 100% but hoping to be there soon.
Since getting back in the gym recently I've been sticking to the typical 4-5 days splits with weight training followed by cardio, just before getting sick I was thinking of doing a modified 5X5 program, basically looking to add some accessory work in but for just getting back in the gym the base of the 5x5 program seems appealing to help keep me focused on the important lifts!
As to dosing, I'll be using the Multi daily, Pre I'll be using about 4 days a week, same with the Intra and Reload. The Creatine mix I'll be using on off days only since the Pre and Reload has creatine for my workout days. I'll dive more into the products and thoughts on them based on labels and claims as we go along.

That is good to know, I don't like super strong taste and normally mix extra water as well, I'll be experimenting with this!
I may be doing this at work! Being an inspector and out on the road its good to have something mixed up I can lug around with me!
Awesome stack indeed!IG/Snapchat: qstick99

Quick post here, had a bit of a relapse with the sinus infection so I've not made it back to the gym yet but looking to go tonight (depending on what time I get out of work) or tomorrow for sure to get the sessions rolling!

Happy Sunday all, got a good session in this morning and got to utilize my Nutrabio stack. I've been using the Multi for a few days now, I've used the Aminos but today was the first day for the Pre and Reload. Stim Free Pre mixed good, tasted good and felt it delivered in focus and pushing more blood flow to the muscles. I used Reload after my session, as with the others, it mixed easily, tasted good and as to effects - time will tell. With this stack I'm really looking to see how recovery and strength increases with consistent use. I'll be posting more pics up as well too, you are also welcome to check out some of the pics in my IG at @qstick99
Session:
BB Squate:
3 working sets of 8x115
Deadlifts:
3 working sets of 8x185
BB Bench Press:
3 working sets of 9x175
Pendlay Rows:
3 Working Sets of 9x145
Assisted Dips Superset with Assisted Pull Ups 3 Sets to failure
EZ Bar Curls Super Set with EZ Bar Skull Crushers:
3 Working Sets of 9-12x60
Seated DB OH Press:
3 Working Sets of 12x45's
This session was trying but felt great to get through it. My lifting weights with DL's and Squats felt good, they have been down as I'm coming back from an ongoing knee injury. Didn't notice an shoulder pain on the bench which was nice too. I'll continue to increase weights slowly but surely. Just fired up the BBQ so I'll touch back later this evening or tomorrow!IG/Snapchat: qstick99

I try to keep hydrated, plenty of water and always have my aminos throughout my workout. Will be back at it tonight!
Thank you, I will check it out! Tweaked my knee with some heavy squats about 3-4 years ago, didn't give it right amount of time to heel before jumping back, then re-injured it at work and finally easing back into things.IG/Snapchat: qstick99

Late post here as I just walked in from the gym, late session tonight but was very good, very focused. Running the given stack, multi I've been taking two caps twice a day, Stim Free Pre (will talk about here shortly), Sour Apple Intra, and sipping on my Reload now. It has been a rough week but I'm keeping to the routine, had to switch some days up do to some family stuff and a bit more yardio yesterday than was expected. This evening's session was nothing fancy but it was well felt. Hit 5x5 on squats, deadlifts and bench. I was actually quite surprised in how my legs felt today compared to Tuesday and yesterday, or Wed I should say. It has been a while since I've been consistent with DL's and Squats from some injuries so just going through reps, even if low reps and decent weight for starting over (not near where I was) my body really takes a beating with those exercises. Initially this session was to be done Wed and I don't know that I would have made the squats to be honest, my legs were hit good from Monday's session. This is where I think this stack really kicks in, its not just one product but when you look at the ingredients from Stim Free Pre, Intra and Reload you realize there is a lot of potential. To get into the pre a little I like it, I like that it is open label, I like what is in it and the dosages. That said, hopefully people these days are educating themselves on the supps the buy...reason I say this is that a stim free pre like this, I think to really get the benefits from it you have to have some of the other products, or some other bulk items to take on off days to really get the most of this. On my off days from using Pre and Reload, I'm using the Creatine product I've got from Nutrabio with some added Beta Alanine. Now, when you touch on the Nitric Oxide portion, it is working very well, tonight was 3 of your main lifts yet my arms were pumped, chest, legs etc. That is key with a product, if your not seeing that increase in blood flow to the muscles then your not getting much benefit in my opinion. The focus has been great, tonight the focus portion was shining! I had not felt this focused in the gym in a long time. That is a little insight on my thoughts on the Pre so far and how I'll dosing the other products to keep the benefits of the Beta Alanine and creatine etc.
Session:
BB Squats - Felt good, really focusing on form and progressing over time, not trying to jump into heavier weights and re-injure my knee.
5 sets of 5 reps at 145bls
Deadlifts: Same notes as above, trying to keep patient and progress over time
5 sets of 5 reps at 215
BB Bench Press - Felt pretty good, bench has never been a strong point for me so we'll see how hitting it multiple times a week might help
5 sets of 5 reps at 195

The hardest part from coming back from an injury is restraint lol. But yes, I really like the PRE in that you don't only benefit from it in the gym after taking it, with keeping up with the stack it really plays a good role ... ongoing you know.
I've noticed that, each time I use reload I've used a little less water but I'm going to try the 4-6oz and chug, I enjoy the flavor and all but sometimes its nice to hammer it down and move on. With my Intra last night, I used about 18-20oz water and added to it at the half point twice I think.IG/Snapchat: qstick99

What's good all, appreciate you guys dropping in here! Getting ready to hit the gym now but wanted to get a post up on Saturday's session. It went well, I'm probably going to switch a few things up this week with the routine. Saturday's session went pretty well, had to cut it slightly short to get home for the kiddos. Supps are working out pretty good, I've noticed after Saturday's session with the main lifts I have not been as sore as I was last week following the big lifts which is nice. I like the idea of smaller amounts of water with Reload and gunning it down, enjoy the flavor but from sipping Pre, then Intra, shotgunning the Reload on the way home works out great.

Great to hear things are going well, those later workouts are perfect for the PRE Stim-Free!!
And yeah chugging Reload, is easier for me too. But one thing, seeing if you noticed the Recommend dosing for Reload....its often mislead but the idea of Reload is be taking later on to keep your body anabolic and recovering. For instance, since you workout at night, recommend to have Reload in the morning for you. Just wondering if you noticed that and your thoughts there.Nutrabio Lead Rep
