I almost exclusively listen to audiobooks. I get them for free from my library with the Overdrive app. Best thing ever!!! I'm a serious multitasker so will listen to books while I walk my dogs, clean the house, knit, when I go to bed, etc.
Depends on what you like but here's a few recent books I enjoyed

Bump and a semi-unrelated question.
Was looking to buy some MyProtein Glutamine and noticed they had flavors and unflavored. Unfortunately, there is no information about the flavors, ingredients, etc. The flavored price is actually less than unflavored, so was wondering if the flavored versions have less glutamine per pound of product (which would make sense). Also, would love a little detail on the ingredients, mostly what you use for sweetener. I chatted with a customer service agent but they couldn't answer so now I'm waiting for the nutritional team to get back to me. Let me know if this is something you can answer!Last edited by anandagirl; 05-07-2018 at 12:33 PM.

What are your goals for this summer?
Dieting down? Travel plans? Career moves?
Pretty much dieting down. I have been out of the gym for a few months now, ever since Hurricane Irma was headed towards Tampa and I had to evacuate last year I have not been to the gym. I'm not fat, but I lost the little gains that I had and whenever I sit down, I feel the love hands and they bother the hell out of me.
Saturday I was looking for a gym near me and I found a Powerhouse Gym. over 10,000 sqft and hardcore gym, all equipments from the 90s and they ALL work! I fell in love and didnt even need to go to any other gym, signed up right there and then. Saturday and Sunday I did a full body workout to get my body used to it again after so many months away and I woke up yesterday completely DESTROYED! Everything hurts, everything is sore lol.
Yesterday I got back in it. 5 Exercises for shoulders. I'm about to finish my coffee and this post and go hit Back.
So the reason I was away from the gym for so long was because I was working 14-16hr shifts at my job, I was killing myself to get that over time paycheck because i knew that once summer started the OT would stop. Twice between October last year and February this year I worked 14 days straight without a day off. Why? Because I'm starting my own mobile detailing company, it was my very 2nd job, I did it for 7 years before I said screw it all and joined the military. I thought I hated the job but in reality, I really hated the people and how far the job was from me before. So all those days and hours are now being invested in products, materials, LLC company that I hope to get going in the next 2 weeks. I wont be leaving my fulltime job, i work there 3 to 11pm. I'll be doing y detailing in the mornings and I hope to make at least $50 to $100 a day. I would be happy to start off with that.
The plans for after summer(i know you asked for summer plans but) is to start looking for my own home. 3 bedrooms, 2 car garage and a somewhat big back yard with a sun room in the back. I want to be able to do my detailing at my house in my garage. I want to build my own gym in the sun room in the back and build a small efficency in the backyard so I can either live in it or rent it out to someone so that extra money can help me out with the house mortgage.
It will be a very busy summer for me. Today I'm slacking, I should had been home already from the gym(usually go at 7:30am). But Yesteday after I got home from work I only fell asleep after 1am.
I have screenshots of me following your pages from last year and the year before somewhere on my old computer and phone, and even past giveaways. But heading out to the gym now!Army Veteran, OEF.

Wow.. first time back in quite a while.
I lost myself for quite a while unfortunately.. I was lifting 5 days a week, getting in the best shape of my life and feeling the best I ever had. About a year and a half ago I had an accident that ended up with me almost dying (personal) and never quite got back to it.
Flash forward to now. I just got accepted as a correctional officer in Ontario and back hitting the gym.. so you ask what my summer plans are?
Kick the $hit out of school.. lift daily since It's basically a requirement of school and turn my fitness around and back what it use to be!!! Time to go all in and this would only motivate me more!!
Good luck to all!http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167930303 - Luzz's Log

Goals for this summer:
Family wise:
Have my son (he's 15 months now) start talking in complete sentences and also start getting him potty trained as well. Also for us to take a family trip to see the Jaguars vs Giants game week 1 (im a jags fan and wife is a Giants fan) then hit up Niagara Falls for a few days as well as some other spots in Canada.
Fitness wise:
Keep working on building my v-taper (wide back and bigger shoulders). Right now im on a mini cut (should be done by father day weekend) but once thats over ill be recomping for the rest of the summer to stay lean during beach season while building up muscle. Eventual goal one I get my shoulders bigger and back wider is to step back on the physique stage next year
Financial wise:
To finally get rid of my student loans for good. Right now im paying on my last one (roughly $6k left) and once thats finished, I can start working on a college savings account for my son. Also would like to build up my savings as well.
How can this stack help me with my goals:
The whey protein would be included as a shake or smoothie with one of my meals. That would ensure I hit my daily protein goals. Plus I could mix it in with Milk Protein smooth that I have to make a nice blended shake when needed
The creatine I would take with my breakfast (which is usually my postworkout meal) to help replenish ATP levels. The workout gear I would utilize during my workouts to help wick away sweat during an intense workout... plus it would be featured in one of my IG workout videos.
I have no problem leaving a review (with pics) for all 3 products in the forum n store side-#TeamBramble #GetFitOrDie
